We have always welcomed children with special needs. To reach out to children with special needs, during Session 1, July 5-9, we will have a special room available to help accommodate children who cannot tolerate the noise and fast pace of KOV. This room will be staffed with qualified personnel as well as teen volunteers where children can calm down and regroup before rejoining their team. Deadline to register for this week is May 31.

My child has permission to participate in all Kids of Victory 2021 events and field trips. I give my consent for my child to be photographed as a part of KOV programming and nonprofit promotions.

In the event that my child needs medical attention during Kids of Victory 2021, I give permission for Ministry Staff to administer medical treatment or admit to a hospital for emergency treatment. I further agree to hold harmless and release from liability Southgate Church and/or West Springs Church, its ministers, and anyone acting on behalf of KOV for any and all injuries sustained while at KOV.

Friend Request Rules for 2021

I understand it is my responsibility as the parent to ensure my child's friend request is mutually made by the requested friend's parent**. I understand any request other than a one-on-one match between two children registered by May 15, will result in random placement.

Listing multiple names will result in NO friend placement!

**Due to Covid-19 we will be placing siblings on the same team. For families, with 4 or more children, we may have to place them on multiple teams. Because we will be placing siblings on the same team we may not be able to honor friend requests. We will do our best, but cannot guarantee friend requests.

Campers cannot be place with teen leaders, except for medical reasons.

KOV Registration and Cancellation Policy for 2021

In the event that KOV or part of KOV would be cancelled, we will refund your registration fee. Please note: We have added a $3 processing fee to each online registration. So, when you register online, a KOV Early Bird Registration will be $78 rather than the listed $75. Should a cancellation occur, that processing fee will not be refunded but the registration fee will be refunded.
